 Are, SwedenYep, that's a frozen lake! What a neat day, we learned about the native people of northern Sweden, the Sami, inside a cozy, traditional Sami hut. Our hostess prepared a lovely lunch for us in the hut of reindeer and lingonberry creme on flatbread....think I can get that at IKEA?  GermanyJust a house near Neuschwanstein Castle |  Froso Handtryck, Ostersund, SwedenWe visited a screen printing factory in Ostersund! Their fabrics are spectacular, I absolutely love the Scandinavian style. |  Church Boat, SwedenWe (along with about 15 other people) actually rowed this boat when we were in Sweden. It was really challenging keeping everyone in rhythm - if your oar gets caught in the water, duck! |
