Fibers - Prerequisite: Art & Design
Grade: 9-12 Credit: 0.5
This course applied the elements and principles of art to the study of fibers. Projects include bookmaking, papermaking, crocheting/knitting, weaving, surface design/ creative painting techniques, and dye processes.

Remember if you choose to purchase your own yarn, you must use
Medium (4) sized yarn. We will use a "I" hook. I recommend purchasing
"soft" yarns like Caron Simply Soft or Red Heart Soft. Purchase two
skeins to ensure that you have enough yarn for the project.
